I am on the hunt for the best Cheese Macaroni Recipe out there. If anyone wants to make a submission for review - please do.
I went to Smith and Wollensky tonight and definitely indulged in the Truffled Mac and Cheese. They do a small ramikan filled with very creamy and very rich macaroni and cheese made with truffle oil, topped with bread crumbs and baked. It is, in my opinion, one of the best out there. It is even better when you order the cajun filet and toss the Cheese Mac on top of the cajun oil that cooks off the marinated filet. Absolutely Heavenly.
