Cajun Cheese Mac Recipe

I don't have the full recipe, but I just read about a delicious sounding cajun mac and cheese.

Ingredients:
Cheddar Cheese
Pepper Jack Cheese
Andouille Sausage (I love Andouille Sausage!)
Green Pepper
Onions
Celery
Garlic
Cajun seasoning

Now I love pretty much anything spicy and Cajun seasoning is one of my favorites. Another nice suprise in this recipe is the Andouille Sausage. I have had this a few times in a Sandwhich and absolutely crave it.

I am looking forward to putting this recipe to the test when I get back from my trip.
